stimulant induced psychosis is real but you obv shouldn't abuse it and get enough sleep every night. I recommend adderall it does help in focus but id suggest you to never miss a dose and take it everyday to notice real changes.

Do adderall only if you know how to reverse the tolerance every single night before sleeping (95% of ppl don't know how to do it unfortunately).

If you don't reverse tolerance, you will become a junky and will want to abuse it. You will get tons of issues , like people said, psychosis addiction, depression, etc...
