Does Aqualyx ever go Wrong?

I want to inject Aqualyx into my Cheeks, my Malar Fat pad and my Double Chin area (Whatever its called). Ive read that its supposed to be simple todo but Im a lil bit scared of what could go wrong, do Things acctually go wrong often or not? If i were to ask AI or a Doctor theyd tell me to not do it but im not paying 10x the price for 1 Treatment just so im safer.
