Yes even without lifting you will put on size and shape up

It's dependent on how well your testosterone levels respond to the inhibition of estrogen.

Less estrogen means more test which means more muscle

But I doubled my testosterone, your results probably won't be noticable for quite some time unless you're lifting too.

Slightly elevated male hormones, lift, don't just waste it.

I've tried it and it definitely makes me a little bit more masculine in my attitude, but that is very subtle and I knew I had slighlty elevated estrogens. (Then I crashed my estrogen and felt sick for 6 months )
