I've been searching around the internet and people use it for "astaxanthin tan" while some people use it for skin whitening.

I keep getting mixed results so does it tan or lighten your skin? I'm planning on taking it soon to even out my skin tone but I don't really wanna darken my skin any more.

Also, I've seen some studies of Astaxanthin reducing melanin production by over 40 percent, so should I be worried about my eye brows and eye lashes becoming lighter making them less striking?

answer now nigga
Skin darkness/lightness isn't the same as undertones

undertones can be red/orange/yellow

So if you do astaxanthin or beta carotene your skin will just look "healthier" not darker or lighter

So just get on astaxanthin and beta carotene, huge looksmax

so astaxanthin will help even out my skin tones/hyperpigmenation?

It will make it less visible yes. For hyperpigmentation use kojic acid, it evens out your skin darkness/lightness
