i've seen researching on how padre pio was able to get a vision in prayer and got the stigmata on his body after it from 1918-2005 he had bleedins that never stopped
so i was researching and one of the biggest theories is that it wasn't God giving him JC's wounds, but rather his mind was believing so much that his body just made it real, or that he was using carbolic acid.
but the point of the post is, is there a way to use autosuggestion to change somethning in the looks? like placebo pills or anything else?
