Does BAC water Need to be refrigerated?

Yo lwk just saw a tt saying it shouldnt be refrigerated and if not where should I Place it
 
somewhere dark with a consistent temp. Just use google why are u posting on here.
 
Unopened bacteriostatic water does not need refrigeration
