Does bad posture (Such as pelvic tilt) during developmental years affect facial assymetry?

One side of my face looks "droopy" and like if it sits lower than the other, and I've only recently noticed I have anterior and lateral pelvic tilt and I don't know for how long I might have had them. Could that have affected it's development and made it like that? I'm still a teen btw.
