He does tbh. But he also has massive ribcage and shoulders with a rly thick bones so it offsets, but ideally you should have narrow hips with straight legs

There should be some surgery to transform females hips to males by cutting and moving some inner bones of pelvis, changing femur angle of legs and eventually replacing hip joint
