first things first his cheekbones are low set and prone to storing fat around his cheeks which is why he looks gigadogshit storing even a little bit of fat.

His side profile is really fucking feminine, upturned nose, short chin and protrusive lips all extremely feminine traits all without a pronounced zygomatic arch
