I hate being a bully, I hate being rude in general. But all the high school popularity goes to the bullies, because these low iq normies think bullies are cool and more fun to hang out with

Is university like this, or are people actually more mature? Also any techniques to do it? I don’t want to be an asshole, I just want to be cool.
