Does being autistic(aspie) influence the body?

I am a diagnosed aspie.
I wanted to ask, if my aspergers syndrome influences my puberty and hormones, meaning if I develop different or have any differences in the body relative to neurotypicals.

i have been diagnosed aspie twice by two different psychs and im tanner 4 at 20, but this is just my case

Itll affect your body, hormone secretion and facial structure lol just as all other mental conditions do.

yes, autism affects every part of the body, not just your brain, it's your entire nervous system + digestive system and every organ.
