Does being autistic(aspie) influence the body?

I am a diagnosed aspie.
I wanted to ask, if my aspergers syndrome influences my puberty and hormones, meaning if I develop different or have any differences in the body relative to neurotypicals.​

Its hard to pinpoint but this is an example. Its def more varied than this, but anyone can pick up on it if they see it.
