Doesn't really mean much tbh. If you're being called handsome by strangers, it means you're somewhere between 5-8/10. If you're on the lower end of that scale, you're going to have to put in quite a bit of work to get laid (demonstrating value and personality (AKA game), going on several dates, etc.).
