Does being called older man u have more dimo?

currently on a family vacation to turkey and went to a place today that had sauna, jacuzzi and massage.

the lady there massaging me started saying "how old are you? (I'm 16 for reference). "Oooh u look 20. You are so beautiful".

i know she said that hoping I'd tip but i was in my underpants so she saw I had no money.
But anyways all these compliments and saying I look older, does that mean I look dimorphic?

Not necessarily you might just have bad skin quality aka wrinkles and nasal folds and etc

My skin is good. Only thing I have is a very short stubble atm
