Does being fat age you quicker?

I’m curious if being fat once you are post puberty, causes aging acceleration. I’d imagine so, due to the increased stress and overall unhealthiness associated with it.

Being fat and then cutting is legit people like us are always slayers probably because of higher calorie intake during puberty. Very hard to lose weight though when you’ve eaten like a fat fuck most of your life.
