kinda, when you are quite fat the fat hides your jawline and makes your face have no shape or definition. Dimorphism is the idea of having defining features so my theory is that fat makes you less dimorphic. I think your point about femininity and body fat is crucial too.

Fat cells are estrogenic, more fat cells, more estrogen is produced on your body.

High T dismorphic individuals are usually tall, low bf and with high testosterone receptors on body

being fat, fuller, or whatever u want to call that is more of a feminine trait, the most attractive areas in woman body are the ones with high concentration of fat cells(ass, breast) and yes, it does have a role in how you are perceived in sexual dismorphism

more fat cells -> more cells producing aromatase enzyme -> less testosterone and more estrogen

there are multiple factors of being fat leading to less testosterone, this is one of them
