When you lose fat, you lose aromatisation of T to E, so you have low E. In order to counteract low E, your body produces more T so it can aromatise to E, since it cannot produce E itself. Is this correct? Or do you just lose E as a not overweight guy, but stay at the same T when going from 18% to 10% for example

too low bf = no test no estrogen

Second option because chances are you if have excess weight you probably have excess estrogen as well
In our society you’re way more likely to have excess estrogen than testosterone
So you aren’t really risking the initial low estrogen to induce more conversion by losing body fat

losing weight
Higher T
Lower E
