I’m in bad skinny fat situation (6’2 70kg)
Around 18%-19% bf

I was wondering if exiting the skinny fat situation will make me lose face fat too? or once I’m low on weight it doesn’t matter?

yes lowering your bf will lower it everywhere, be sure to replace it with muscle to balance out ur body aesthetics.

So it’s all about bf, not about weight?

Actually from my observations skinnyfat men often have lean faces.

You will lose a bit of facial fat but probably don't have much.

yes, muscle can't be stored in ur face unless you build it there, so you can weigh hella but as long you have low fat then you'll have a lean face

not true, a skinnyfat man is someone who doesn't necessarily weight much but has high amounts of fat, presumably because of no exercise and or low T. though it's also important to know women store a lot less fat on their face, possibly a result of E

Cope. Skinnyfat = high visceral fat only. They usually dont have much fat on their arms, legs and face.

Well 70kg is 154 lbs and at 19% bodyfat you would have 29.26 lbs of fat.

Which is around the same as a person who weights 190 lbs at 15.5% bodyfat (someone who isn't skinny fat).

And I think it's pretty obvious that 99% of guys at 190 lbs and 15.5% bodyfat would benefit facially from cutting down to 10-12%. I'm not seeing why you would be much different.

The only issue is if you were to lean max you would probably have a 14 inch neck, be skinny as hell, and have no masculine presence which would offset the gains you make by making your facial structure more visible by getting rid of fat.

well yeah why wouldnt it

skinny fat is pinnacle of subhumanity
you arent low bf to be skinny
but you arent high muscle to be bulky to stretch the bodyfat in your body

Should I bulk?

Good question, not really sure how it would affect the face as It’s a weird phenomenon. If I had to guess, it would have an negative effect.
