Does BFR work for height growth?

I've been seeing alot of videos about BFR, in which people are saying it works and doesn't work. I want to hear some opinions about it if its actually true or just pure cope

I’m still growing in my mid 20’s 6’6 now. No idea what bfr is but the key to growing is prevent your bones from fusing and eat shit tons of protien then you can keep growing forever.

Also avoid lifting and do cardio instead. Lifting kills growth

BFR stands for "Blood Flow Restriction" it's like a method to spike growth hormones temporarily only by doing high interval training? To do it you like need to wrap your upper knee tightly with a cloth or band but not too tight where it cuts off circulation of blood. But im still unsure if this method is True or false—im still trying to find out.
