Does bicycle seat face = tall chin with low gonial angle?

What I've noticed is that faces like these:

...have chins that are much taller than the rest of the mandible.


Considering the fact these faces look good, is that what people that have low gonial angles should strive for?

Their chins drop below their mandible, I meant to say their jaw angles aren't as high as they should be but their chin height carries it

Yea, as I said, judging by their gonial angle you'd think their jaw would be of certain height, but due to their very tall chins, its way taller. I worded it badly though, instead of a "low gonial angle" I shouldve said "gonial angle lower than you'd expect for that jaw heoght"
