Does bigger neck take away from cuteness?

Ideal bodybuilding aesthetic is commonly understood to be neck circumference=biceps=calves, but my calves is slightly bigger than the others.

Pumping my neck up would be easy, but Idk if I should since I lack dimorphism and can only pull off a cute look, not a handsome one.

I would need to see some examples but an average neck should always look better than one that is too small.
