does bimax fix narrow mouth?

i think i have a narrow mouth so i'm wondering if bimax will fix that. i've seen a couple good results where it gets a couple mm wider.

Bimax can widen mouth (per some before/afters), but I'm not sure if that's just an uncontrollable occasional side effect or if you can ask the surgeon to make it happen .
