But it will fix the recessed jaw and just a lil bit the maxilla,If they do a CW rotation a lil bit yeah.
However if you have a recessed jaw most likely they'll do CCW rotation so I think it will actually make it worse.
Yes but they can do downgraft with it so basically you can still get CWW, but it will make your philtrum longer. If they do a CW rotation a lil bit yeah.

Is it very noticeably longer?Yes but they can do downgraft with it so basically you can still get CWW, but it will make your philtrum longer.
In some cases they do a net CCW downgraft of maxilla - where posterior > anterior downgraftIf they do a CW rotation a lil bit yeah.

Depends on how much you downgraft the maxilla anteriorly. How bad is your tooth show?Is it very noticeably longer?
I mean if you have a surgeon that actually listens to you for cosmetic advice then yeah.In some cases they do a net CCW downgraft of maxilla - where posterior > anterior downgraft
Thing is 90%+ patients don’t have a clue about rotation. It’s true that a lot of old school surgeons just do clockwise rotation and the patients aren’t any the wiser.I mean if you have a surgeon that actually listens to you for cosmetic advice then yeah.
But most surgeons just make the surgery to fix the "medical" issue and don't really care to make it look good.
