I have a short ramus, slightly set back maxilla and very set back mandible, and a narrow jaw.
Dr. Alfaro said I will be getting around 2cm lower jaw movement between BSSO, CCW rotation and possible genio.
Will this change my ramus at all? Or I might need implants to achieve jaw widening and ramus lengthening after Bimax if I still lack a jawline?

Nah, it doesn't increase ramus length.

No, since you are getting ~20mm advancement the CCW won't affect ramus height. You will need implants to alter your ramus height.

And do u know if midface length and nose length can be slightly increased?

The only fix to raums height is implants.

And for MF Length, either reincarnatemaxx or just rope.

It's Over.

99.9% of the time, no.

In order to gain ramus height from it requires CCW Rotation or Maxillomandibular unit downgraft.

Bimax cannot change the ramus height. Only implants can do that
