Does bimax make you look younger by stretching the skin?

So I plan on having trimax, one of the reasons why is because I don’t wanna age like shit, right now I still look young at 20, but I feel like shit could go down hill quick, my maxila is completely recessed and my chin is very strong, will bimax make me look younger and better? And help me to keep looking young into my 30s and 40s?

kinda, the reason you look old is your undertones, you have downturned eyes + your malar area is too set back which bimax can actually fix quite well

That can literally be fixed by doing posture exercises, no amount of softmaxxing can even make you remotely attractive, idk if even surgery can do that for you

no, it shouldnt but i heard they might get like 1mm less scleral show in some cases. i dont know how much younger youll look tho.

Theoretically yes, it will help you age better, but if you look at actual before/after photos, not many people actually look younger after getting the procedure, unless they did bimax in middle age (40+).

This is the first time I've seen a good profile picture from you. Your jaws aren't bad at all. You already have better jaws than the majority of people who get bimax. You will probably get minimal advantage from doing bimax.

Those pictures look fairly similar. You have above-average jaws compared to most people who get jaw surgery, so you would probably get less benefit from it.
