Does bimax protusion makes you a bad candidate for bimax ?

My both jaws are clinically recessed because of lifetime mouth breathing but for some reason my philtrum is concave and forward and my lips are full.

So, I guess I risk looking like an ape with the upper midface left behind if I get bimax. Would chin wing instead of bimax be a good idea?

When I talk about a flatter maxilla with bimax protusion, think about this guy

I obviously don't have his mandible/nose or I wouldn't even think of surgeries
