Maxilla goes forward upward and it supports most facial features so they follow the same pattern , your eyes will get more hooded as a result or get deeper set/more projected so less eyelid show
Alternatively your eyelid drooping could be because of ptosis not a recessed maxilla

My bimax gave me post-finasteride syndrome too

How would lefort 1 support your eyes though, you're only moving the lower maxilla not the whole thing and lefort 1's cut is far from the eye area
