I just researched exactly the process of how the body builds bone and i am not really sure if i am correct so correct me if i am wrong.

Magnesium activates Vitamin D, Vitamin D helps process Calzium, K2 brings Calzium to the Bones, Magnesium helps the Calzium getting used right on the Bone.

Is that correct?

yes now take the supplements to get more bone mass

U can use chatgpt for this

Basic ask question
If u now thin magnesium + vitamin D is gonna give u bonemass it wont
There's much more to it

It's a lot more nuanced; most nutrients are merely building blocks but don't actually cause growth themselves.

yes i am aware that this is not the way, but i am trying to understand all these processes

500g sugar daily plus 4 litters of milk is the way

Vitamins and minerals (with a few exceptions) are not signals. They don't "activate" or "move" anything. They are molecules that are used for cellular processes, just like macronutrients. The only difference is that they cannot be used to make ATP.

yeah true, what i wrote was a very very simplified version of whats happening, but i was just trying to roughly get the process and the main "ingredients" right

Sort of, all of this is meaningless if you aren't eating enough macronutrients or are deficient in other things, or your genetics suck,
