who knows bro, id say it does work but not in the way you think, it doesnt increase the bones size but it creates other structure that makes it look bigger, and even if that is wrong is 100% makes the bones look bigger for a short time due to swelling

Yeah I used to do it until the swelling got too big and I had to make up stuff at school because it was very noticeable but I think it made some of vines stronger or bigger but it's honestly hard to tell because I don't have any before and after photos and I didn't really feel what they felt like before bone smashing

bone smashing works. because when your breaking your zygos you go to doctor and say doctor fix me up my bone is broken simle fracture and your doctor fixes you up with pop ( plaster of paris) as a cast and then it gets bigger ofc
