Does “bone smashing” actually work?

Bone smashing obviously isn’t gonna give you more bonemass/denstiy i’m talking about scar tissue and fibrosis thickned skin and scar tissue betweeen the bone and skin. Is it worth it to bone smash?

everybody decides whats "worth" it on their own

for a boneless manlet, bonesmashing is "worth" it, even if it doesnt have much clear data behind it
for an mhtn framemogger, theres no need.
