Does bonemashing/bonesmashing work? serious answers only I'm not looking to get rated

The blue line on my nose is a ligament that was elbowed and never got put back in the same spot anymore (I used to get into fights alot but now i just wanna look good so I avoid them) Will bonesmashing or whatever get my nose straight again?

same thing happened to me except my nose looks a lot more worse than yours because i fell face first on marble stairs and now its crooked big and ugly

bonesmashing creates scar tissue over the area you hit over time if done consistently. It works as the repeated blunt force trauma, over time, creates calcified hematomas. Use a 16/8 oz. ball pein hammer with vaseline or a towel over the area you're hitting, and use a massage gun on low power after your session.
