It’s pure cope and no one can actually give a reason for why it works other than “micro fracturing making bones grow bigger” or “the trauma leaves scar tissue that makes it look bigger” which is just nonsensical if you have over 70 iq points

yea I agree ngl, also people bs everyday which is retarded AF if they think micro fracturing makes bones bigger cause even micro fractures need time to heal + if they do it everyday with no heal it will just cause fractures n no growth. Retarded iqlets do it without giving time to heal + don't even work
