Im lowkey doubting that Bonesmashing works, so many people say it does and so many say it doesn‘t obviously I don‘t want to ruin my face, but I still want to maximize it, can anyone tell me if its actually valid n how u do it?

no it doesn't grow bones but yes it will temporarily cause the bone to look bigger because of inflamation
