Does bonesmashing actually work?

some time ago I saw some very high IQ individual say that bonesmashing does work but had to be done in a very specific way (hard and fast impacts against the bone for 30 seconds then stop) or else it wouldn't work, I'm not the first to ask this and probably I won't be the last, but does bonesmashing actually work?

the thing here is there's no study about it, and there's no proven proper technique to do it.
