Pills is the best, and don’t do it with tret, you’ll be super fucking dry, get accutane from Indiamart or if ur lazy and don’t care if u pay extra find someone who resells accutane from indiamart, that’s what I did

does accutane make ur nose perm smaller or is it temp i plan on using tret for a long long time and hopping on azlaeic acid soon so when would i have time to use accutane while on that ?

I mean if ur already using tret and only want accutane for decreasing nose size it’s not worth it, accutane dosent really make it smaller it just shrinks oil glands, reduces swelling and making it look more defined
