Does Bonesmashing really work ? Is it actually good ? How much time for results eventually

nah I had access to SA3's skool and he had legit bs tutorials with proof of him doing it + progress
it stopped being free months ago though so i lost all the footage

Oh , so that seems actually real Bonesmashing progress , like i dont have a real necessity for Bonesmashing , im not boneless and have pretty good appeal , after using tret debloating and gym , before I was sub5 now I am actually like hmtn/lhtn, so i dont really know if is worth it , i fear that i could create asymmetry with bs
