Bonesmashing in the brow ridge is a obvious no no and you will probably damage nerves

neck curls - grows bigger neck and fix your posture
chin tucks - fixes posture (only thing that can lead to more forward growth)

you can even try hyoid bone raising training, there are studies for all of these unlike bonesmashing

do aswell your skincare, sleep, diet, gym
those are the only things you need

all the things u said before are correct however u also said that there is nothing else to improve ur looks, assuming u disregarded things like hygiene eg water hydration then that’s just false supplements can help u ascend along with peptides and various other methods things like icing ur face (usually temporary results) or even just getting minox or castor oil to improve thickness in eyebrows and hair obviously there are various more that I haven’t named looksmaxxing is a hard and complicated idea so confining that to a single paragraph of things that u think arent cope is wrong
