yeah, dont use a hammer, use your knuckles, and like make it only slightly hurt or go like numb and just continue that for a few minutes, do that like every 2-3 days, do zygos, cheekbones, chin ramus and browridge, just ask if you want more detail

Brother, it can work but it is not recommended, there are more risks than pros. Keep in mind that it is based on fracturing the bone to obtain the volume increase. To do this, you would have to hit yourself that can really do something, even if it is a microfracture, giving yourself 200 gentle taps will do nothing to increase your bone, it will only hurt your face and you will look stupid.

I just wanna do it for little results likr i just want a small amount of zygo prominence because i have ZERO zygo prominence. im 16 it might be the baby fat but idk. There are 16 yos with better bones then me im lowkey jealous of them.
