theoretically it can create swelling in the bone mashed areas making them more prominent so to a extent it works but no it will not grow your bones, you could hypothetically create permanent swelling but its safer to just get fillers. also be careful of the 2 veins in your jaw if you hit them you can cause damage to your face.
