theoretically yes it works, but once it implemented that changes quickly the drawbacks outweigh the benefits

Mark this as solution

lol bonesmashing is ropefuel fr. you wanna grow bone you gotta look at surgery or maybe legit jaw training if ur mewing is already dialed. otherwise its just gonna bruise ur face up for no gain

@foidletslayer
bonesmashing is ropefuel. you'll look like a deformed failo irl. stick to actual softmax or dnr.

Are you fucking retarded hitting your face with a hammer causes macrofractures, not microfractures, and even if wolffs law applied (which it doesnt for said reason) wolffs law just claims increased bmd not geometrical lengthening.
Furthermore, facial bones are structurally delicate, often paper-thin, and filled with sinus cavities; they don't have the heavy cortical structure required to actively regrow or reshape from trauma.
Youre just gonna get nerve damage bruises and people will think you are a loser who gets beaten up

Wolffs law claims bmd increase from microfractures, bmd increase isnt cortical nor geometrical lengthening, also, hitting your face with a hammer causes macrofractures, not microfractures. Real microfractures come from for example walking too long or boxing with gloves on so the knuckles get denser

Blood pooling. Mma fighters get cauliflower ears from repeated trauma
I’m confused how long will this last for I totally get your point on how rare hematoma ossification is I’ve read into studies after hearint About it and I can confirm it isn’t common at all

It most likely isnt hematoma ossification but blood pooling and hardening like with mma fighters as i said
