Yes, when tension is applied to a bone for a long time, it becomes stronger and larger.
That's tension tho not blunt trauma in order for it to do and thing then constant pressure would have to be at play minimum 30 minutes if I had to guess

it personally works for me, but its temporary. To keep the effects you have to stay consistent, every morning and night. Also people who say the "bone grows" are either liars or dumbasses, its Periosteal hematomas (pool of blood under the periosteum). Its not real bone but it looks like it, so its worth it as long as you stay consistent everyday and if you cant commit to that then don't even waste your time

Clav says it works and lin00b said so so yeah it works but high risk
not high risk if you do it right, certain areas cannot be smashed like your infras and ramus, although some people still do but that's the risky part. Zygos, chin, browridge, and even radix is ok

it doesnt work it bone smashing only causes swelling in the area youre doing the 'smashing' not growing the bone but who knows bonesmash enough and u might be able to smell toast 24/7 if youre lucky

Like u said, there is mixed opinions on Bonesmashing. I did it for about a year and saw visible results. But if i had to explain without using personal experience, i'd say you look into fibrotic tissue formation and see if you agree.

Does it eventually form tissue? Cause ik bones tend to make new bone esqiue tissue after small breaks

I guess it depends and it's an individual thing
In my personal experience ( I only bs chin) worked but I was consistent I put mid hits in the area , I covered the smashed area with something like cloth for smoothness and I took megadose of D3+ K2 , calcium ,creatine monohydrate , magnesium bisglycinate , zinc picolinate , grass fed collagen + megadose vit C also I did the harder bs before bed
