Does Bonesmashing your radix cause nose bleeds??

I’ve been BSSING my zygos and Radix for 4 months now, and I wake up in the middle of the night with my nose bleeding or dried blood all over my nostrils, is that from Bonesmashing my radix or a health issue because I can’t tell..

For now I’ve got only swelling and bruising on my radix, but my zygos have became more prominent though I’ve just started on my radix.

Yes on the 3 month mark I saw small but visible improvement but not much.
