Does bonesmasing ur chin for lateral width actually work

ik bone smashing ur jaw/gonions is fucking cope (brutal)but I’ve bs my chin for forward projection(worked)and I was wondering if I could do the same for a wider chin/if anyone has any experience trying this lmk so I don’t waste time

It made my chin slightly more squared by hitting the corners with massage gun + custom end.

One thing I would say is please don’t be worried if the swelling is asymmetrical if you applied the same force on each side, I did it about 2 years ago and kept 60% of the gains.

yeah I’ve bs my chin and it worked for me,used to be recessed now I think I actually I have too much projection.
Probably going to get implants anyways might as well try this

If you do it, you want to tense your face up to increase blood flow. That way your not leaving your swinging mandible on its own, very likely to hurt yourself that way
