There’s so many stupid studies contradicting each other
Naghii et al. (2011), healthy adult men
Dose & Duration: 10 mg boron daily for 7 days
Findings:
Free testosterone increased (~11.8 → ~15.2 pg/mL)
Estradiol significantly decreased (~42.3 → ~25.8 pg/mL)
Also saw reductions in SHBG and inflammatory markers such as IL‑6, hs‑CRP, TNF‑α
Then there’s:
Unpublished/abstract (circa 2010–2011) (This one seems suspicious or not mainstream to me)
Dose & Duration: 10 mg boron daily for 4 weeks
Finding: Reported a significant increase in 17‑β‑estradiol levels
I don’t take boron, just curious
