Title, and ik it lowers if your frontalis muscle is hypertrophied but lets say it wasnt too hypertrophied could you still lower it significantly? or does botox just make the eyebrows go back to its original height as if your frontalis isnt developed?

Not really

i dont what you mean by this, but eyebrow shape and low-setness is largely determined brow ridge not the frontalis muscle
Frontalis muscle when hypertrophied makes your eyebrow appear higher, so im just wondering in a scenario where the muscle is not hypertrophied or lets say normal right, can botox make it go lower than its baseline.

Yea true browridge does determine most of it but the frontalis muscle can have a significant impact on eyebrow setness, shape aswell can be determined by botox, you can see some girls get an arched brow lift from botox, if you use botox on the lateral frontalis muscle you can get rid of that arch and make your eyebrows straight (potentially just assuming thats how it works since it works the same with brow lifts)

thats because frontalis muscle is really hypertrophied most of the eyebrows (especially arch) is determined by browridge.

also could you send pics where arch is gone after botox? its always there.

I cant find anything about the arch being gone, as i said above i meant like the arches shape can be changed with a browlift so im assuming that it can also be straightened with botox in the lateral frontalis instead.

and still, it depends, i think its now up to you to decide wether its bone issue or muscle i cant say anything conclusive.
