no one notices assymetrical faces in real lifeWant to learn how to defend myself but I see alot of people get crooked noses and assymetrical face shapes from boxing. Is it reversable
I mean that goes for most sports. Football, MMA, Rugby, Wrestling, even lacrosse.Yes, brain too
i mean it depends beacuse if your gym have lot of sparring session like 3-4 times a week you can get black eye or some scars and after like 2-3 years you can have a bit have that "boxer look" but if you have 1-2 times a week shoudl be fine i recomend you to train for a month and see for yourselfWant to learn how to defend myself but I see alot of people get crooked noses and assymetrical face shapes from boxing. only after long period of time and in boxing not that much , mma is more "dangerous" for brain injuryYes, brain too

No it's the opposite. I'm quite sure boxing is like almost the worstonly after long period of time and in boxing not that much , mma is more "dangerous" for brain injury
