Does braces stop/limit forward growth?

I am 15 I got braces on at 14 and removed 6 months later. I got no extractions and no elastics.
I have to wear a clear retainer to keep alignment at night if this is stopping or heavily limiting my forward growth should I stop wearing it all together?
I only got braces because my canines rode too high on my gums and one of my bottom teeth were squint

it only fucks up forward growth if you get extractions
