I kinda guessed it was more because of epicanthic folds than actual 'deep set eyes', but it is kind of surprising how he manages to come close to having eyes like O'Pry -

Or even eyes like Damian Alvarez -

His hooding covers half his pupil and looks droppy (too much tissue and lack of bone support), how does he even see

It's kind of funny how subtly orbitals, nasal bridge and fat pads work, if anything is not in right amount, even if you had the exact same looking eyes -

You still would look odd.

nothing matters if you are fat, people just see you as ugly, i never got complimented on my smile when i was fat now i get random compliments from strangers

He could ascend by getting a little of his excess fat removed with bleph, and a epicanthoplasty to get rid of his epicanthic fold revealing his medial canthus (possible but not likely he might have a really good medial canthus under the epicanthic), this will also increase PFL. Also rhinoplasty to makes his nose bridge stronger which will also help his medial canthus against the epicanthic folds by adding pull. Lastly lower eyelid retraction or infraorbital implant with saddle to raise his lower eyelid to reduce scleral show and increase PFH ratio. Could give him a top tier eye area but he's capped by color and maybe IPD

There is a possibility that he has a longer medial canthus under the epicanthic fold, so getting rid of that would reduce the intercanthal distance. but yeah looks like he's fine
