no i have broad forehead, nw0 tho and string brow and very wide eyebrow so not linked.
skull is linked to it

Yeah prominent brow ridge and eyebrows = broad, slightly bigger than average foreheads. Very dominant.

yup more linked to brachy too
 
In my case i suppose so, i have a narrow-ish short forehead and strong browridge
