Obviously if you grind your teeth hard together, the bone will eventually remodel to better withstand the forces placed on it (Wolffs law).

But your teeth will probably grind away first.

I didnt really get a square jaw due bruxism, slightly enlarged muscles but my teeth chipped a lot

But people with bruxism that get botox still seem to have your average bones? If bone remodeling was real why didn't their bone structures change
